PreservaScan was founded out of a need to digitise a large amount of historic records, but without the budget for the vast majority of commercial solutions. We found that most companies either used automated document readers that would damage delicate historic documents, or came in at price we couldn’t afford.
With PreservaScan, we set out to change that. We’ve invested in the best technology, passionate people, and incredible processes to deliver incredible preservation services at an industry leading price point.

With over 16 years experience in the safeguarding of both paper and digital records, Adam's extensive journey through various roles in museums and conservation has not only honed his expertise but also ignited a fervent passion for preserving our heritage. This unwavering dedication led Adam to co-found PreservaScan, aimed at empowering individuals and organisations in their preservation and conservation efforts. Adam's knowledge and leadership continue to be the cornerstone of PreservaScan, guiding countless others along their journey to protect invaluable legacies.
Jake Mossom
